The Fitting Shops

Here you can listen to memories and see photographs of the Fitting Shops.

In the Fitting Shops, Fitters would put together the machines that Fielding's manufactured from the parts that were made in the Light Machine Shop, Heavy Machine Shop, and other locations such as the Pipe Shop and Foundry.

If you have memories of working in the Fitting Shops then you can add your memories here too either by registering on the site and adding a page, adding a comment at the bottom of one of the pages here, or leaving us a message on our message board.
